This English version is a translation for your convenience. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails, unless the mandatory law of your country provides otherwise.

If someone is in immediate danger, call 112 or 911 before writing to us.

Send a report

You can also report from any profile within Love Mind. You can do so even if you are still talking elsewhere, on WhatsApp or on another network. Blocking a person on Love Mind stops them from appearing there again, but you must also block them in the app where you talk.

State exactly where the content is.

If you believe it is illegal, explain why. Do not attach images of minors or intimate images.

Optional, unless you are requesting the removal of an image of you.

Removal of intimate images

If someone has posted an intimate image or video of you on Love Mind without your consent, even one faked with artificial intelligence, request its removal with this form by choosing “Intimate image without consent”. To process it we need:

  • Your name and a contact email. If you are acting on behalf of another person, say so.
  • Where the content is, with enough details to find it.
  • A good-faith statement that it was published without consent.

We remove the content and any identical copies we know of within a maximum of 48 hours of a valid request.

What we do with your report

  1. We confirm receipt by email.
  2. A person reviews it, with priority for cases involving minors and risk to people.
  3. We decide diligently and inform you of the outcome.
  4. If we remove content or limit an account, we explain the reasons to the person affected.

Repeated false or abusive reports may lead to your account being suspended.

Appeal a decision

If we have removed your content, limited your account or rejected your report, you can appeal for 6 months by writing to seguridad@lovemindonline.com. The case will be reviewed by a person other than the one who decided. In the European Union you can also go to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body or to the courts.

If you believe content infringes your rights, choose “Copyright infringement” and identify the work, where the content is and your contact details.

Authorities

Authorities can send their requests to seguridad@lovemindonline.com. Point of contact for users and authorities of the European Union, in Spanish and English.
