Delete my account

You can delete your Love Mind account and its data whenever you want, without giving explanations.

This English version is a translation for your convenience. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails, unless the mandatory law of your country provides otherwise.

From the app or the website

  1. Open Love Mind and log in.
  2. Go to Settings and then to Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription purchased through Apple or Google. Cancel it first in the store.

Without access to your account

Request deletion with this form. To protect your account, we will send a confirmation message to the registered email.

What is erased and what is kept
