We keep the minimum. Love Mind has no chat: your conversations happen on WhatsApp or on the network you choose, and we neither see them nor store them. We do not sell your data. We keep only what is needed for the service to work: your account, your profile and the contact you decide to share. Payments are processed by Stripe and we never see your full card number. If you delete your account, we erase your data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep, for example because of a safety report.

Specially protected data
Information about sexual orientation or sex life has enhanced protection. For this reason:
- It is optional and you can withdraw your consent at any time from the settings.
- Our goal is not to identify your orientation: we only use it to show you compatible people.
- We never share it with advertisers.
- The hobby catalog does not include religion, politics or health. We ask you not to publish that data, and if you do, it will be visible by your own decision.
How matches work
We count the hobbies and affinities you have in common and sort the suggestions by that number. This calculation does not use artificial intelligence and does not make decisions with legal effects on you. Serious measures against an account are reviewed by a person.
Support assistant
The support chat is handled by an artificial intelligence assistant, not a person, and it can pass the case to our team. Its messages are stored to assist you and to improve support. Do not write sensitive data in it. This assistant is separate from the affinity calculation.
Who sees your data
- Other members see what you publish on your profile. Your email, your exact date of birth and your exact location are not shown.
- Providers that work for us under contract: Stripe for payments, and for support Anthropic and Voyage AI (artificial intelligence), Resend (email), Supabase (database) and Vercel and Railway (hosting).
- If you mutually accept each other, the other person sees the contact you chose. What they do with it and what you talk about is outside Love Mind.
- Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect people in danger.
We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
International transfers
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we apply safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. You can ask for information at privacidad@lovemindonline.com.
How long we keep it

Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, erase it, object to its use, restrict it, take it with you and withdraw your consent. Write to privacidad@lovemindonline.com; we will reply within a maximum of one month.
If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the data protection authority of your country. In Spain it is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es). If you live in the United States, you also have the rights granted to you by the law of your state.
Minors
Love Mind is not directed at people under 18. If we detect a minor's data, we delete it, except what we must keep by law. See Child protection.
Security
We apply technical and organizational measures such as encryption in transit and restricted access. If a breach puts your rights at risk, we will notify you and report it to the authority.
Changes
If we change this policy in an important way, we will notify you before it applies.
