Love Mind is a service operated by 377 Creative LLC, with registered address at 1549 NE 123rd St, North Miami, FL 33161, United States. Full details are in the legal notice.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms, the community guidelines, the safety policy and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use Love Mind.
Who can use Love Mind
You declare that:
- You are 18 or over and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
- You have no convictions for sexual or violent offenses and are not listed on a sex offender registry.
- The law does not prohibit you from using the service and we have not banned you before.
- The information you give is true and you will keep it up to date.
What Love Mind offers
Love Mind shows you matches with other people based on what you know, your profession and your tastes. It has no chat of its own: if two people accept each other, each one reveals the contact they chose and the conversation continues outside Love Mind, under the conditions of that other app. It is a tool for meeting people: it is not a marriage agency and it does not arrange meetings.
We do not guarantee that you will find a partner, a number of matches or any specific result. We also do not check criminal records or verify all members.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. The account is personal and cannot be transferred or sold. You can delete it whenever you want.
Your content
What you post remains yours. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host it, reproduce it, adapt it to the format and show it to other members, solely to provide the service and for as long as you have the account. You warrant that you have the right to post it and that it complies with the guidelines.
We will not use your photo or your profile in advertising without your express permission.
Moderation and measures
We may use automated filters and human review to detect prohibited content. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts if you break these terms or the guidelines, if the law requires it, or to protect other people. We apply measures proportionately and explain the reasons to you. You can appeal.
Interaction with other people
You are responsible for your interactions, inside and outside Love Mind. Act with caution and follow the tips for safer dating. This does not limit the rights the law gives you.
Paid plans
If Love Mind offers paid plans, we will show you the price, the duration and the renewal before you sign up. Payments are processed by Stripe. The conditions for renewal, cancellation and withdrawal are in Subscriptions and cancellation.
Intellectual property
The Love Mind brand, its logo, its design and its software belong to 377 Creative LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or use them without permission, or extract data from the service by automated means.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running continuously, but there may be interruptions. We may change features. If we change these terms in an important way, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance and you will be able to close your account if you do not agree.
Liability
The service is provided with reasonable diligence. We are not liable for the conduct of other members, except in the cases where the law makes us liable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law or limits your non-waivable rights as a consumer.
Governing law and claims
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (United States). If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring a claim before its courts. Before going to them, write to us at contacto@lovemindonline.com to try to resolve it.
We may offer translations of these texts for your convenience. If a translation differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails, unless the mandatory law of your country provides otherwise.
