Before you pay
You will see the total price, the taxes, the duration and whether the plan renews. We will only charge you if you expressly accept, and we will never tick that option for you.
Renewal
Plans renew at the end of each period, unless you cancel beforehand. We will notify you by email before each annual renewal.
Cancel
Canceling will be as easy as signing up: from Settings, on the website or in the app, with no calls and no hidden steps. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
If you paid through Apple or Google, cancel from your account in that store.
No guarantees of results
We do not promise that you will find a partner. If we ever offer a guarantee, its conditions will appear clearly next to the offer.
Charge disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank and it does not succeed, you will keep the access you have already paid for.
Right of withdrawal
If you live in the European Union, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of signing up, without giving reasons. If you asked to start using the service immediately, we may deduct the proportional part already provided. We refund using the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
